Caminos de la Ciencia is an effort to bring STEM research at UC Berkeley to the Spanish-speaking community through partnerships and cooperation. Hector Torres Vera was invited to give a talk about his path to becoming a scientist in Spanish and join the audience for a casual community gathering at the Oakland Public Library: César E. Chávez Branch.
